  • Tickets can be purchased at the Dothan Civic Center Box Office Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. or by calling 334-615-3175. Tickets can also be purchased online at www.dothanciviccenter.org or https://www.tixr.com/groups/dcc.

  • For most events, the Civic Center Box Office will open two hours prior to showtime for a Civic Center event. The Opera House Box Office will open one hour prior to showtime for an Opera House event.

  • Patrons will not be allowed to bring in purses, backpacks, fanny packs, guns, knives, weapons of any kind, outside food and beverage, or laser pointers.

    Special medical bags and diaper bags are allowed but are subject to inspection by security staff.

  • No, once you leave the facility you will not be allowed to re-enter.

  • Only tickets purchased from TIX will be honored. If you purchased a ticket from a third-party source, tickets will not be honored. If your ticket has already been scanned, a duplicate ticket scan will not be allowed into the building.

  • Only clear bags up to 12 in x 6 in x 6 in and small clutch purses up to 6.5 in. x 4.5 in. in size or ziplock bags are allowed for general guests. Medical and diaper bags are allowed but must adhere to size restrictions and may be inspected upon entry.

  • Parents or guardians needing to bring in a diaper bag for their infant will be allowed to do so, subject to inspection by security staff.

  • Guests needing to carry a bag for required medical supplies or devices are permitted. However, all bags are subject to inspection by security staff.
