Tickets can be purchased at the Dothan Civic Center Box Office Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. or by calling 334-615-3175. Tickets can also be purchased online at www.dothanciviccenter.org or www.etix.com.

3. How Can I purchase tickets for an event on the day of a show?

For most events, the Civic Center Box Office will open two hours prior to showtime for a Civic Center event. The Opera House Box Office will open one hour prior to showtime for an Opera House event.

4. What are your prohibited items?

Patrons will not be allowed to bring in purses, backpacks, fanny packs, guns, knives, weapons of any kind, outside food and beverage, or laser pointers. 

Special medical bags and diaper bags are allowed but are subject to inspection by security staff.

5. Is re-entry allowed?

No, once you leave the facility you will not be allowed to re-enter.

6. What is your ticket policy?

Only tickets purchased from ETIX will be honored. If you purchased a ticket from a third-party source, tickets will not be honored. If your ticket has already been scanned, a duplicate ticket scan will not be allowed into the building.

7. What is your clear bag policy?

All bags must be clear and up to 12 in. x 12 in. in size or ziplock. No purses, backpacks, or fanny packs.

8. Can I bring in a diaper bag?

Parents or guardians needing to bring in a diaper bag for their infant will be allowed to do so, subject to inspection by security staff.

9. Can I bring in a medical bag?

Guests needing to carry a bag for required medical supplies or devices are permitted. However, all bags are subject to inspection by security staff.
